Liz Erickson graduated from Brigham Young University in 1982 with a B.S. Degree in Communicative Disorders and a Teaching Certificate for grades one through eight and taught school for two years. When she became a mother, she devoted all of her attention to her children. In 1994, she recognized that some of her children had learning disabilities, so she began home schooling her children in order to give more attention to their needs. She continues to enjoy the close bond home schooling brings to their family.
In 2002, Liz took two of her children to the Center for Inner Change in Denver. The Center uses sound stimulation based on the work of a French doctor named Tomatis. The results for both her children were so phenomenal, that she decided to go through the program for herself. While there, she decided to become a trained practitioner. At the end of that year she trained with Ron Minson, M.D., and in January 2003, she established Boost Listening Center, LLC.
